- Incas Restaurant café and Cocktail Bar’s terms and conditions are subject to change without notice and at the discretion of the management.
- Any extra requirements not included on the menus will be charged as extras: (live music, dj/vj and equipment, decorations, extra tables and furniture, any floral arrangement, etc.)

Thanks for choosing our restaurant for your special occasion. We are more than sure that you will have a wonderful and unique experience at Inca’s Restaurant Café and Bar.

- We are a large restaurant and can cater for any special location: weddings, birthday parties, corporate parties and any other special celebration.

- We also hire areas of the restaurant for private functions so feel free to ask if you are planning that special event for you and your guests.

- Since we offer home style traditional cooking and we prepare everything fresh to order, a set price per person when the number of people exceeds eight (inclusive) will apply.

- Please be advised that if all guests are not seated in the dining room at the pre-arranged booking time there may be a delay in food service.

- For other type of events such as weddings, corporate functions or business presentations and breakfasts a different type of set menu can be available upon request.

- So as we normally do with large bookings, we ask our clients what sort of budget price set menu they want so we can organize it for them.

- Our set menu will consist in
a selection of the most representative dishes that will arrive to your table so people can have a more complete Peruvian experience.

- We guarantee that people will not only be satisfied with our food in terms of quantity but also in term of quality.

- Our set menu booking will require a deposit of 150 (in cash at the venue or over the phone) that will be deducted from the total price the day or night of the booking.

- If the booking is cancelled the deposit will not be refundable.

- If we agree on the number of people and less people decide to come we will charge for the original number of people, unless we receive a confirmation of any change 24 hours prior of the booking day.

- We do have a wide range of wines, beers and tropical cocktails, so BYO is not available.

Loss or damage
Incas Restaurant Café and Bar takes all the necessary measurements to prevent any loss or damage during its operating hours (we have security cameras strategically located in all the areas of the restaurant) but cannot take responsibility for damage or loss of objects or personal belongings left on the premises before, during or after the function.
Smoking
Smoking is prohibited inside the premises of the restaurant. Fines may apply
Cleaning Fees
The event, or function organizer is financially responsible if any of his/her guests vomit, defecate or urinate within the building and cause damage. A fee of $150.00 per incident will be charged to the credit card, which is given as security before the event. No glitter or decorations with glitter to be used at functions, this will also incur a cleaning fee of $150.00
Gratuity Fee
In the event of a function, there will be a 10% service gratuity fee charged to the final bill.
Sunday’s and Public holidays 10% Surcharge MAY APPLY.
